I’m delighted to work with customer-provided diamonds, including both smaller accent stones and larger center stones, as well as large sapphire stones. However, I don't accept other gemstone types (think opals, turquoise, emeralds, rubies, corals and more) due to the risk of damage during setting—some precious stones simply can't be replaced if something goes wrong. I know—whomp-whomp— but you don’t want to lose those precious heirlooms, do you?

To ensure the best outcome for your custom piece, I’d be delighted to help source beautiful stones that will work perfectly with your design.

I charge a $250 design fee (applied toward your total) and custom projects start at $4,000 minimum for gold pieces, subject to market fluctuations. Gold is steep right now, let’s be real.

Once I finalize your design sketch and pricing, a 50% deposit is required to begin production.* Sourcing gems and purchasing the raw metals necessitates this payment up front. 

Final payment is due when your piece is completed, and I won't ship until the remaining balance is settled. I’ll establish clear deliverables and deadlines from the start.

Please note that once production begins, cancellations will forfeit your deposit. Any major changes requested after I’ve begun crafting may result in additional fees. If final payment isn't received and I’m unable to reach you, the piece may be sold as inventory.

Due to the personalized nature of custom work, all pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Alas, at this time, I do not. I accept checks, all major credit cards, Zelle and PayPal.

Custom orders can take up to 4 months to complete—and it could take far less: we’ll discuss the scope when we meet. I know that feels like forever when you're excited about your dream piece! The timeline depends on design complexity and material sourcing, but here's the thing: care cannot be rushed. Each piece gets the love, attention, and meticulous craftsmanship it deserves, which means you'll receive something truly extraordinary that's worth every day of the wait.
