Once I have shipped your order or initiated the production of a made-to-order item, cancellations are not possible. I encourage you to carefully review all product details before completing your purchase. Some rings that cannot be resized will be specified in its description. My jewelry is handcrafted with care in my small studio, which means timing can vary depending on the piece:

• Ready-to-Ship Items: These pieces are already completed and will ship within 7 business days of your payment

• Custom Pieces: These unique creations involve detailed design work and may take up to 4-6 months, depending on complexity and material sourcing

I always include the production timeline on custom orders, so you'll know exactly what to expect before you order. I thank you for your patience as I create something special just for you!

Shipment Protection Once your order leaves our studio, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier for safe and timely delivery.

• Delivery Issues: We cannot be held liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after shipment

• Resolution Steps: Please contact USPS or your selected carrier directly to resolve any delivery concerns

• Added Security: I’m happy to include Signature Confirmation at no additional cost—just mention it in your order notes at checkout for peace of mind

• All Sales Final: Given the handcrafted nature of my jewelry, I maintain a final sale policy on all pieces.

• Your Agreement: By purchasing, you're confirming the item description and photos meet your expectations

• I Care About You: I do! If you're genuinely disappointed with your piece, please reach out—your satisfaction matters to me.

• Rare Exceptions: In unusual circumstances where I do accept a return, you'll handle return shipping and a 5% restocking fee may apply
